Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, which should be indicated: name and address of the contracting authority, the
name and address of the bidder, procurement number, the name of the object of procurement and indications "NE
OTVARAJ - OTVARA KOMISIJA" to the following address: UNIVERZITETSKI KLINIČKI CENTAR REPUBLIKE SRPSKE, Dvanaest
beba bb, Banja Luka.
Bids should be presented in person to the protocol of University clinical centre of the Republic of Srpska or by
recommended mail until 15.04.2025. up to 9 hrs. Incomplete or late bids shall not be considered.
During opening of bids, one representative of each bidder may be present upon presenting of written authorization.
University clinical centre of the Republic of Srpska is not responsible for any incurred expenses of Bidder in open
international procedure. Contracting Authority holds the right to cancel tender or to reject all tenders in any time before
signing of contract in accordance with Article 69 of the Law on Public Procurement of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official
Gazette of B&H, no. 39/14, 59/22 and 50/24).
