Bids shall be submitted in a specially sealed envelope, which must indicate: the name and address of the contracting
authority, the name and address of the bidder, the procurement number: 01-4304-1/25, the name of the subject of the
procurement and the indication: "DO NOT OPEN - OPENED BY THE COMMISSION" to the address: University Clinical Center
of the Republic of Srpska, Ul. Dvanaest beba bb. Bids shall be submitted in person at the protocol of the University Clinical
Center of the Republic of Srpska or by registered mail, and shall be received by 12.06.2025. year. until 9 a.m. Untimely and
incomplete bids shall not be considered. A representative of the bidder may attend the public opening of bids upon
presentation of a written authorization. The University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska shall not bear any costs of
the bidder in the open procedure. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender or reject all bids at any
time before the conclusion of the contract in accordance with Article 69 of the Law on Public Procurement of BiH ("Official
Gazette of BiH", No.: 39/14, 59/22 and 50/24).
