Water Management Plan for the Watershed of the Adriatic Sea in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (2022.–2027.)
and developing the draft Water Management Plan for the Watershed of the Adriatic Sea in the Federation of BiH for the
period 2028–2033 (hereinafter: Water Management Plan 2028.–2033.), including accompanying documents, in full
accordance with the Law on Waters of the Federation of BiH (Official Gazette of FBiH 70/06), and in compliance with the
timeline for the preparation of the Water Management Plan 2028.–2033. as defined in the Work Plan for the preparation
and adoption of the Water Management Plan 2028.–2033. and everything according to the Terms of Reference (Annex 12) •
Participation in the public consultation process for the Water Management Plan 2028.–2033., including the
preparation and delivery of at least 5 presentations, preparation of responses to submitted questions and comments, and
preparation of a Report on Public Participation. •
Following the public consultations, incorporating all comments and
amendments deemed relevant and appropriate (as agreed with the Contracting Authority) into the proposal of the Water
Management Plan 2028.–2033. • Preparing a financial assessment of the implementation of the programme of measures
for all proposed measures and for all institutions involved in their implementation, including the completion of the Fiscal
Assessment Statement (Form IFP) for the Water Management Plan 2028.–2033., in accordance with applicable legal and
sub-legal regulations governing this activity. •
Tracking, together with the Contracting Authority, the preparation of
the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the draft Water Management Plan 2028.–2033., participating in public
consultations within the SEA process, and harmonizing the draft Water Management Plan 2028.–2033. with the opinions of
relevant institutions concerned with environmental protection, conservation, and improvement.
